Single-family Dwellings for a Plot Development
A project of four single-family dwellings forming part of the housing estate Alto da Ribafria in Cabriz, Sintra. The project plans developed for each house are different and respond to different requirements in each case. So as to achieve coherence among them and with the characteristics of the area, a formal unity was sought as a point of reference. Given the steep inclination of the land and for better integration of the housing constructions, recourse was taken to the use of garden roofs and stone walls.
