The intervention is based on the premise of maintaining the existing volumetry and layout, focusing solely on reorganizing the interior and readjusting the existing architectural language. This is achieved through the introduction of a contemporary aesthetic, proposing the definition of a base level using a stone material, topped by a more dynamic and varied composition of steel, wood, and glass. The aim is to create a harmonious design that simultaneously enhances the aesthetic and bioclimatic potential of the existing context.
