Project of Dwelling Alterations and Recuperation in a 19th Century building.
Project for the restoration, alteration and extension of an old home and conversion into a multi-family dwelling. The project seeks to safeguard the original architectural characteristics of the building, leaving it in keeping with the historical centre of Sintra. The inclusion of modern constructions enables interaction between the two different eras and allows redefinition of the articulation of the different spaces and consequent improvement of residential quality.
