Project for Hotel Unit
Project for the rehabilitation of a factory unit linked to the canning industry, with the aim of converting it into a 5-star tourist unit. The intervention in this specific building was driven by the desire to develop a differentiated and high-quality product, combining its history and natural surroundings with the intention of preserving an idyllic place of historical significance for the entire region. Thus, the proposal, beyond preserving the memory of the structure, also serves a purpose guided by goals of excellence in fulfilling an important territorial role and socially meaningful function, simultaneously guided by standards of landscape and environmental certification, acting as methodological references that extend beyond the project but are also intended to be present in its exploration.
