Project of Remodelling and Extension of the existing Butchers’ shop in Linhó
The remodelling of former Fernando Pires da Silva Butchers' shop and the creation of the present-day "Loja da Quintinha" with the main intention being a total reformulation from the traditional image of a butchers' shop. The idea was for it to be modern, moderate and clean, selling not only meat products but also handcrafted and quality certified products including wine. Mostly used were stone, wood and stainless steel.
