Project of the integral Remodelling of the existing building
The recuperation of the existing building was based upon POOC - Plano de Ordenamento da Orla Costeira.
With the obligatory need to reduce the overall area by 40%, the project presented the challenge of a total reformulation of the interior and in the creation of external esplanade areas, making use, for example, of the existing covering.
